Pathway Employees Hold All-Team Meeting

Full-time and student employees meet to discuss Pathway’s growth and future

REXBURG, Idaho — All 135 Pathway Home Office full-time and students employees and Church-service missionaries gathered in the Brigham Young University-Idaho Manwaring Center on Thursday, Jan. 22, for an all-team meeting. The meeting allowed employees and missionaries to meet together and focus on a unified vision.

Pathway Managing Director J.D. Griffith reminded employees to love and serve students and reiterated the vision and purpose of Pathway in helping students around the world. Griffith also thanked Pathway’s student employees for their support of the program: “You inspire and help tens of thousands of students. You are our eyes, our ears — Pathway’s window to the students. There’s no possible way we could do this job without you. We have complete confidence and faith in you.”

Pathway enrollment grew by 263 percent from Spring 2013 to Fall 2015, so employees now serve a worldwide student body of approximately 15,000 students. Altogether, the 93 Pathway student employees represent 24 nations and speak 25 languages.
