REXBURG, Idaho184 Pathway missionaries from across the United States and Canada attended the first annual Pathway Missionary Conference at BYU-Idaho from August 1–3, 2016. The conference theme, “Pathway is About Hope,” encouraged participants to learn and grow in their role as Church-service missionaries.

Missionaries heard from a variety of speakers and participated in small group discussions that covered various topics including shepherding, academic advising, hope, and leadership. Conference speakers included Jon Linford, BYU-Idaho online vice president; J.D. Griffith, Pathway managing director; as well as several other Pathway employees.

“The conference was an absolute success,” said April Spaulding, manager of Pathway Missionary Support. “Missionaries left the conference feeling inspired and unified, and the Pathway employees were enlightened with the dedication and insights from these wonderful missionaries. We’re already looking forward to next year’s conference.”
